Mindful Yoga

Eight week courses
starting 6, 7 & 8 February

In these classes we practice in a gentle and mindful way, to become more grounded and focused, and increase mobility, flexibility and strength. We explore movement and postures through an enquiry-based approach where I encourage curiosity and a sense of playfulness. Each class will start gently, then build up to in activity before ending with rest and a short meditation.

Small groups with a maximum of eight participants.
Pricing from $22 to $30 per class (depending on your financial situation).
