Yoga
Mindful
An enlivening morning practice
Sundays, 10:00—11:30 am
Are you looking for a gentle yet strengthening yoga class in a nurturing space?
Would you like to explore yoga from the inside out?
Are you seeking an enlivening moment in your weekly routine?
This is both a gentle and strengthening yoga practice. In these classes we foster a mindful practice through coordinating our breath with movement. We explore a range of postures and movements through an enquiry-based approach where I encourage curiosity and a sense of playfulness.
These classes will enable you to become more grounded and focused, and to realise increased mobility, flexibility and strength. This is a safe space where you are empowered to attend to your own needs, and to build adaptability and creativity into your yoga practice. This class is open for all abilities.
If you are looking for a more restful class with less active postures, have a look at our Rest & Rejuvenate classes.
