Suitable for complete beginners as well as dancers of all levels keen to revisit the fundamentals

This 2hr introductory workshop draw on principles from a range of creative dance methodologies - making use of music and props to facilitate creativity, imagination and physical expression.

The class has a focus on aesthetic as well as physical exploration, and is designed for anyone wanting to extend their creativity in a new direction or broaden their experience with dance and movement-based improvisation in a safe and friendly space. No previous experience required.

Prices are tiered - you are welcome to choose $30, $40 or $50 according to your financial situation - and there are also two places available free of charge in each workshop.
