I invite you to join me in this nourishing, restful yoga practice designed to help you unwind, release, and reconnect.
As the pace of the year begins to swell and the days feel a little fuller, you’re invited to step into a peaceful space of care and nurture.
This gentle session will focus on deep relaxation, using props like blankets, bolsters, and cushions to support the body in restful poses as well as some gentle yoga to release and help the nervous system to settle.
