Classes run 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm most Thursday evenings at the Red Door Studio.
Bookings are required as spaces are limited.

Mindful Yoga
An enlivening morning practice

This is both a gentle and strengthening yoga practice. We explore postures and movements through an enquiry-based approach with curiosity and a sense of playfulness.
Rest & Rejuvenate Yoga
A deeply nourishing and held practice

This is a calm and meditative yoga practice. In these classes we explore yoga through gentle movement, restful positions, guided relaxation, breathing and meditation.
