These weekly classes are a collaboration taught by rotating teachers Julie Aares (the Red Door Studio), Meah Velik-Lord (Travel Art Dance Company) and Mien Tan (Meanderful Movement)

Each teacher brings a different approach to their offerings - but common to all classes in the series is the carefully curated use of physical props and inspiring music, inviting participants to explore expression and interaction through movement in a joyful, supportive environment. No previous dance experience required.
